This application is for appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals for one of the following:

1. The decision of the Code Enforcement Officer on denial for a building permit, a temporary permit or extension thereof, a permit for occupancy or a certificate of use.
2. The decision of the Town of Athens Planning Board due to denial of a site plan application, sub-division application, or other application denial issued by the planning board to prohibit building construction, landscape alteration or sub-division of property.
3. Issuance of an advisory opinion to clarify the meaning of the Town Zoning Ordinance for the benefit of the applicant or to assist the Planning Board or Code Enforcement Officer to carry out their duties.
