The Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Athens ensures that all construction is in compliance with local codes, enforces fire code, and checks to make sure that restaurants meet local health codes as he also acts as the Fire Inspector, Building Inspector, Septic System Inspector and the Junk Yard Inspector.
